the hot water switch wasn't clearly marked.

I encountered a frustrating wait for hot water in the shower due to unclear instructions, leaving me uncomfortable before heading out. Additionally, the staff at reception were less than helpful when I needed assistance calling a taxi, simply directing me to the street, which turned into a long wait in an unfriendly area. Housekeeping also fell short, taking too long to respond to a simple request for toiletries, and neglecting to clean the tea cup in my room.

My room had a stunning view of the creek and was spacious, offering a comfortable sitting area along with a well-equipped mini-bar and amenities like an electric kettle. Housekeeping kept my room tidy, replenishing my tea and coffee daily. The pool area provided a lovely spot to relax, though I found the rooftop pool smaller than expected and the jacuzzi non-functional. I faced a frustrating situation with the hot water, as there was no clear instruction for operating the switch outside the bathroom. it took a long wait before I could shower. Additionally, the breakfast options seemed overpriced considering their limited selection. Monika and Henry at the front desk were particularly helpful, making me feel welcomed. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance and spacious accommodations contributed positively to my stay.
